By accessing or using FBAgentic, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. FBAgentic provides profit analytics for Amazon sellers by connecting to the Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API to retrieve your seller data and compute profitability metrics. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must ensure that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and Amazon's terms of service, provide accurate cost of goods, expense, and configuration data, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or connected systems, reverse-engineer or disassemble any part of the service, use automated means to access the service in a way that places undue load on our infrastructure, or resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or any data derived from it without our written consent.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we store and protect it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The service accesses your Amazon data through the Amazon SP-API and Advertising API. You authorise us to access this data on your behalf when you connect your Amazon account. You may revoke this access at any time through Amazon Seller Central. We comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy for the SP-API.

While we strive to provide accurate profit calculations, the service relies on data provided by Amazon's APIs and information you enter such as cost of goods sold. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any calculations or reports. You should not rely solely on the service for tax filing, financial reporting, or regulatory compliance without independent verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBAgentic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@fbagentic.ai. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
